Vintage Ragabonds

So, as you know, I am really into fashion, but in addition to that, I love accesories. They make what could otherwise be a boring or totally homely outfit look creative, trendy, or edgy. (I prefer all 3...at once) One particular obsession is the forever coveted perfect piece of vintage jewelry that of course comes in any style because vintage can be costume or couture, and everything in between. My sister in law, Kelli, and I find joy when most wouldn't, spending an entire day scouring flea markets, antique malls, estate sales, etc to find the vintage treasures among loads of crap and always come back with some pretty awesome finds. We love big and chunky chains, art deco, and Egyptican revival styled jewelry most of all right now. Since people always want to find out where to buy the one of a kind pieces we wear because they like our style and eye, we decided to scour, dig, and sort for the benefit of others to purchase. We are working on our site  to post our goodies, but Im so excited and sooooo in love with what we found!! There are some fun design opportunities on the horizon as well so stay tuned peeps, but for now take a look at some antique market fun!

Im obsessed with the vintage white stone and rhinestone bracelet right next to the big gold one. I love how its a statement piece without being too loud. The white stone gives it that vintage feel next to the rhinestone rows which glam it up a bit. I love it because it can go sweet or tough depending on how you wear it and pair it with other accessories.

Its a bit blurred, but the necklace to the very right with the tassel is sweet. I love it. Super straight forward and easy, but different and unexpected. The fringe and tassel detailing is expected more on a purse of jacket made of suede, but on a neckalce? Yessssss
Kelli, as always, finding the best little treasures, She has a great eye and you if you ever see her jewelry collection you'll know what Im talking about. We both would always rather have something old that has some history to it, it makes it more fun.
Side note: I love this mosaic hand crafter tray. Its so cool! I love all things mosaic, unless of course it sucks and looks like you smashed brick into paint...that never happens though. So yeah, I love mosaic. Peter dont make fun of me or Chay for this post...(:
Vintage salt and pepper shakers. I love this milky glass color in green because it screams vintage!

Ahhhhhh, jewelry. The possibilities are endless with the right jewelry. You could literally wear jeans and a white tee every day and as long as you switch up the accessories, you can create totally different looks.

Vintage lace poncho...to be honest, after inspection, it looked felt it would itch like a mother. Another styling tip, never ever purchase something that isn't comfortable and does not fit your body well. You will never wear it when you have the opportunity to be comfortable, and you ill always go for the more comfy piece.

Vintage navy blue and leather Dooney and Bourke bag.

Keep your eyes peeled for our vintage resale link and merch! You will love them!!
