Holiday in the Sun- Styles for Summer

Hi All!
Got back from London for the Olympics and am so stoked to share my adventures and pictures of fashion and food from across the pond! But first...due to my unruly internet access in London, I couldn't  share the styles and fun from a true California wedding I attended in July. On the cliffs of California, my friend Chelsea married a man named Brent in true Cali girl meets Texas boy fashion. Things really are done bigger in Texas, and the guests didn't mind!
With the rehearsal dinner in the Catalina Ballroom at Terrenea Resort in Palos Verdes California, the reception at Trump National Gold Course, and the wedding on the cliffs in Palos Verdes at the Neighborhood Church, this wedding was bound to be out of this world before the festivities even began. Check out the fashion, food, and decor from this breathtaking wedding on the cliffs of California's most beautiful coastal town.

Open house to kick off the weekend: Beach City Casual
Far Right: I am wearing a vintage crochet cream dress with fringe
Chelsea, the bride, in Trina Turk top and shorts! Fab

Fresh and Sunny, luncheon by the sea

Luncheon Wardrobe: Tedi is wearing Free People and David Yurman Jewelry. Perfect combo for beach chic! Well done Texan!

 Love the layered David Yurman
 Great statement necklace.
 More David
Obsessed with the rainbow beaded purse clutch!
Who else would I wear for summer wedding events? Lotta Stensson of course!
Love the bohemian feel of this frock with cap sleeves and the cut is majestic! It moves beautifully.
Sandals: J Crew
Lip Color: Ruby Woo by Mac

 Rings: House of Harlow (circle)
BCBG Maxazria (long)
Bag: Vintage

Judy is looking fly in a fresh white blazer, sherbet tank, black pixie pants (J. Crew has a great pair), and black Louboutin sandals! Oh, and that Chanel bag...need I say more?

She is so cute! My twin Karen is in a coral orange silk J. Crew blouse, Dolce and Gabana pleated mini, and J. Crew perforated booties.

The ladies

Just a little starter...the drink was called "Palos Verdes Princess" and it was insane!

Dress from Anthro and Camel leather peep toes from Zara. Love the Miami "esque" colors!

My friends. Gorgeous and fun. Go girls!

The sassy little bride in her adorable bright blue ensemble. Her tan looks insane with those colors.

My plate: jumbo marinated shrimp
grilled vegetables
queso black beans
guacamole
( there was also mini mac and cheese's, steak, breads, corn bread, and all other sorts of carbs and meats I dont usually eat but they looked to die for. Everyone also got there own plate of 5 different desserts, much like a sampler. Beautiful presentation.
Day of the wedding:
Breakfast and blessing on the water. How much better could it get?!

The Church, dress and flowers. Love the colors chosen
Before the wedding fun. The church had ornate wall papers all over. Especially love this one

The wedding was perfect and the celebration was not to be forgotten. Stay tuned for some behind the scenes on Levis Runway and my trip to the London Olympics coming up!
